EuroCup Women Quarter-Final field confirmed, Draw on Friday

MUNICH (Germany) - The field for the EuroCup Women Quarter-Finals is set, following the conclusion of the EuroCup Women Round of 8 and the EuroLeague Women Regular Season.

The four teams advancing from the Round of 8, ranked based on the Regular Season, are:

1. BLMA (FRA)

2. Cukurova Basketbol (TUR)

3. Spar Citylift Girona (ESP)

4. Lyon ASVEL Feminin (FRA)

They will be joined in the Quarter-Finals by the teams finishing fifth and sixth in their respective EuroLeague Women groups. These teams, ranked according to their Regular Season record, are:

1. Perfumerias Avenida (ESP)

2. Nadezhda (RUS)

3. Famila Schio (ITA)

4. Carolo Basket (FRA)

The Quarter-Finals will be played in a home-and-away format, with the two legs scheduled for March 7 and 14.

The pairings will be drawn in the FIBA Europe offices in Munich on Friday at 14:00 CET. The draw will be made without restrictions, with all teams being drawn from the same pot.

Should two EuroCup Women teams be paired against each other, the higher-ranked team, based on the Regular Season results, will have home-court advantage in the return leg.

In the case of two EuroLeague Women teams being drawn to play each other, the teams will be classified according to their results in the Regular Season, with the higher-ranked club playing the return leg at home.

Should a EuroCup Women team be drawn against a EuroLeague Women team, the EuroCup Women side will enjoy home-court advantage in the return leg.

This principle applies for all subsequent rounds of EuroCup Women.
