    TAIPEI (2010 FIBA World Championship) - Lebanon rode the back of Jackson Vroman in the fourth quarter and beat Japan on the opening day of the William Jones Cup.

    Lebanon, who are warming up for the FIBA World Championship, trailed 64-53 entering the last period but ended up winning 87-82.

    Vroman poured in 11 of his 14 points over the last 10 minutes as Tab Baldwin's side came from behind to prevail.

    Lebanon will play in Group D at the FIBA World Championship and will face Spain, New Zealand, Canada, France and Lithuania.
