GRAVELINES (FIBA World Championship) - Cote D’Ivoire coach Randoald Dessarzin has named a 17-man squad to go forward to the next stage of preparations for the FIBA World Championship.
After training camps in Lausanne and Gravelines, Dessarzin has cut six players, with Wilfrid Aka, Ibrahim Cisse, Patrick Konan, Desire Gabou, Fred Kounkorgo, Kouassi Konan, and Jonathan Ouegnin the unlucky men to be released.
Cote D’Ivoire have been drawn in Group C where they will face China, Greece, Russia, Puerto Rico and hosts Turkey.
