Which teams are you looking forward to watch in July's window of the African Qualifiers?

 

ABIDJAN (Cote d'Ivoire) -  The FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 African Qualifiers is set to enter its third window with 24 exciting games. 

From July 1-3, 16 teams will lock horns for the right to advance to the 12-team Second Round of the Qualifiers.

Three cites, Alexandria (Egypt), Cote d'Ivoire (Cote d'Ivoire) and Kigali (Rwanda) will be the centre stage of Window 3 of the African Qualifiers with teams selecting some of their brightest talents in their attempts to stay in contention for a place at next year's FIBA Basketball World Cup to be staged in Indonesia, Japan and Philippines.

A quick look back in time, and it shows how the 16 teams offered some spectacular games in Windows 1 and 2 played in Benguela, Angola and Dakar in Senegal.
