STRASBOURG / VALENCIA (France/Spain) - There were stellar contributions made on the second day of action at the FIBA Women's EuroBasket in Strasbourg and Valencia.

She was unstoppable for Belgium as they blasted past Slovenia 70-55, finishing the contest with a dazzling efficiency of 36 after netting 23 points from a 91 percent shooting night. Meesseman is joined by Astou Ndour of Spain who also hit back from a day one upset to take their first win after overwhelming Sweden 76-55. The 2019 MVP was on fire as she finished with an efficiency of 32 after scoring 22 points and snapping up 13 rebounds.

Russia are also unbeaten after they took down Croatia 73-62 to move to 2-0 in Group D, with the victory coming off the back of an excellent display by Raisa Musina.
