FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2021 app launched

MUNICH (Germany) - The official FIBA Women's EuroBasket app, presented by Global FIBA Partner Tissot, has been updated with all systems ready to go ahead of the tip-off of this year's flagship event.

With all the information needed easily accessible, users are also able to customize their experience by selecting up to three teams and as many as 10 players to follow throughout the tournament.

The 2021 edition gets underway on June 17 with France and Spain co-hosting the event in the cities of Strasbourg and Valencia as 16 teams battle it out to be crowned champions.

There will be individual game pages to take in the action along with highlights of each game and daily top plays. Fans can check the scores and standings on the dedicated pages to keep up-to-date as the competition evolves, with further insight provided with all of the latest news stories and alerts.

The app - which was originally released in 2019 - is available on both iOS and Android devices and is free to download.

FIBA has continued to cater to the audience of fans who increasingly consume their information through mobile devices with the app alongside other major events, including the EuroLeague Women competition.
