FIBA Europe, in cooperation with the Serbian Basketball Federation (KSS), will organize the 'Her World, Her Rules' Tournament during the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2019 on Friday, July 5 at the Final Phase in Belgrade.
The tournament will celebrate Europe's premier women's basketball event and will be a partnership between FIBA Europe, KSS and the Marina Maljkovic Movement, which delivers the 'Her World, Her Rules' campaign in Serbia.
More than 100 girls aged 9 to 15 will play in parallel to the FIBA Women's EuroBasket competition, representing all 16 nations involved in the event. Top players from the Final Phase will join the tournament to attend activities, contests as well as photo and autograph sessions.
The official 'Her World, Her Rules' campaign video will also be launched during the event.
The girls' tournament will serve as the culmination of the first year of the campaign, with the second year set to tip off in September, coinciding with the start of the new school year.
