Gameday 5 Top Performers: Hollingshed, Alexander, Carleton, Plum, Anderson

SYDNEY (Australia) - The performances by many ballers on Gameday 5 of the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup, were amazing and fans can now vote to decide who did it best on the last day of the Group Phase.

Mya Hollingshed had cause for double celebration as she had the best performance efficiency valuation of any player at a stunning 39 and also celebrated taking Puerto Rico to a historic first ever Quarter-Finals berth. She racked up 29 points, 12 rebounds and 3 assists in memorable 92-73 victory against Korea.

Canada had little difficulty in despatching Mali 88-65 in their last game in Group B, with Kayla Alexander and Bridget Carleton providing a devastating one-two punch. Alexander helped herself to a 19-point and 14-rebound double-double, while Carleton let fly from downtown and nailed 7 triples. That contributed to her 27 points and she also added 8 rebounds.

USA powered their way to their best ever winning-streak in the competition and their 27th consecutive triumph was built around the guard-play of Kelsey Plum. She registered 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in a one-sided 121-59 win against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
