TENERIFE (FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018) - The Group Phase of the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018 is in the books, so we're asking  what you think was the best individual performance in a game so far?

You have the opportunity to vote for the player who you think has recorded the most impressive individual display during the first stage of the tournament.

You will find everything  you need to know about our  six  candidates and their game numbers below.

Liz Cambage exploded into action for the Opals with a devastating first day haul of 34 points in the match-up with Nigeria. The WNBA star  fell just four points short of matching her highest ever score for Australia. She went on to claim a double-double with 12 boards - as well as 4 blocks.

Maki Takada was the difference-maker in what arguably remains the most exciting contest to date. as she propelled Japan to a nail-biting overtime success against Belgium. The forward harvested 26 points as well as 6 rebounds, but it was her incredible worth ethic defensively that also stood out.

You can't blame us for having Liz Cambage in our list twice, since she was also in red-hot form in the last Group phase outing against Turkey when she went a staggering 11 of 11 in the first half. She eventually claimed 25 points  and 7 rebounds as the Opals took top spot and went direct to the Quarter-Finals.

Emma Meesseman was central to debutantes Belgium recording  arguably their biggest ever result by stunning hosts Spain, as they moved to the Quarter-Finals in the competition. Along with Kim Mestdagh  who was also sensational, Meesseman scored the winning bucket in the last second and finished with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 3 steals.

Sarah Ogoke helped Nigeria make #FIBAWWC history as she propelled Nigeria's maiden win in the competition. The guard poured in 22 points and also had 4 rebounds and 3 assists in a landmark victory against Turkey.

Evina Maltsi became the oldest player in the history of the tournament to drop more than 20 points in a game. She passed many of the greats on the All-Time list when she scored 28 against France during a tight loss - adding 3 rebounds and 3 assists.
