YAOUNDE (Cameroon) - Tickets for the upcoming FIBA Women's AfroBasket 2021 that will take place at the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex, Yaounde are now available, Federation of Cameroon Basketball, FECABASKET have announced.

The FIBA Women's AfroBasket 2021 will run from September 18-26 in Yaounde.

According to FECABASKET "FIBA in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education inform the public that spectators will be allowed to attend at the tournament at the Palais Polyvalent des Sports in Yaounde from September 18-26, 2021.

Tickets for the FIBA Women's AfroBasket 2021 will be split into two categories: Blue Ticket costs 5,000 FCFA while the Green Ticket costs 3,000 FCFA, and this will be for Games in the Group Stage to the Quarter-Finals .

From the Semi-Finals, Classifications 5-8 , Third-Place and Final Games,  the blue tickets will sell for 10,000 FCFA and the Green ticket is for 5,000 FCFA .

The tickets grant access to all four games of the day.

However, for government issued identities, such spectators are to bring their tickets with them to show at the gate, or contact the Box Office for any addition ticket-related questions.

FECABASKET inform that COVID-19 protocols must be strictly adhered to by spectators protecting themselves and by extension protecting others. 

"Access inside the Arena is subject to wearing a mask, temperature control and presentation of a negative test for COVID-19 dating less than 48 hours or a full vaccination certificate."

Furthermore, it stated that: "Tickets are non-refundable and valid for one entry only. Any exit through the access control counters is final."

Yaounde hosted the FIBA Women's AfroBasket 2015 with Senegal winning the title after beating Cameroon in the Final.
