Senegal to open preparations for FIBA Women's AfroBasket 2017 in China
DAKAR (FIBA Women's AfroBasket 2017) - African champions Senegal will hold a week-long training camp in China next month in the build-up to FIBA Women's AfroBasket 2017.
While the continental championship won't happen until September in Mali, head coach Moustapha Gaye has called 16 players for the Far East tour (May 1-8).

In their first appearance since the Rio Olympics where they lost all their Group Phase games - including one against China - Senegal will take on the host nation in two friendly games.

It will be the first of their three-phase preparations before resuming training in August in Dakar.
