SAN JUAN (Puerto Rico) – The draw ceremony for the Centrobasket U17 Women's Championship 2019 took place on May 1 at the Casa Olimpica in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The results of the draw are as follows:
Group A: Dominican Republic, Mexico, Barbados, Costa Rica
Group B: Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, El Salvador

The Centrobasket U17 Women's Championship will take place July 7-11 in the historic Coliseo Roberto Clemente of San Juan and will qualify the top three teams to the FIBA U18 Women's Americas Championship 2020.
