AYSEN (FIBA U16 Americas Women’s Championship 2019) – Chile conquered in Aysen the South American U15 Women’s Championship 2018 after defeating Ecuador 61-43 in the Final of the regional championship.

Brazil took home the Bronze Medal of the South American U15 Women’s Championship after defeating rival Argentina, 48-47 in a game that was decided in the last moments of the game.

Colombia kept the 5th spot of the regional championship following a 64-40 win over Uruguay. Meanwhile, Paraguay won the 7th spot of the championship following an 86-49 win over Venezuela.
