Guinea, Uganda victorious in African Qualifiers
MIES (Switzerland) - The FIBA U17 Skills Challenge 2020 African Qualifiers, taking place from August 11-14, features 10 national teams from the continent competing for two tickets to the Global Challenge to be held later in August.

Day 3 - Friday, August 14
It was all about drama in the final day of competition in the African Qualifiers, as Guinea and Uganda secured their tickets to the Global Challenge after topping Cameroon and Ghana, respectively, in close-fought Finals matchups on Friday.
Guinea's score of 115 ranks second worldwide, only behind the current best of 113, set by Iran in the Asian Qualifiers.

Day 2 - Wednesday, August 12
The quartet of Guinea, Ghana, Uganda and Cameroon remain in the hunt for the two spots in the Global Challenge, after securing top-two finishes in their respective groups.
Group A winners Guinea will take on Cameroon in one Final, with Group B winners Uganda facing off against Ghana in the other decider. The winners of both matchups will qualify for the FIBA U17 Skills Challenge 2020.
