Q: How/Where can I buy tickets?

Q: How much do the tickets cost?

A: There are different seating zones in the arenas and multiple ticket packages. You can find all the details about the format of the competition, the arenas and the ticket prices here.

Q: How many tickets can one person buy for each round and each city maximum?
A: One person can buy a maximum of four tickets for any individual event day or ticket package.

Q: Is there a deadline for the ticket sales?
A: You can buy your tickets from internet as long as the tickets are available. Also you can buy tickets from box offices around the arenas on match days subject to ticket availability.

Q: I will not go to the matches. Can I buy tickets for somebody else?
A: Tickets are intended solely for entry to the events by the ticket purchaser and for their guests. Ticket holders may be asked to show valid photo identification while entering the venue and the original ticket purchaser must be present at the time of entry for all guests.

Q: Will I be able to buy tickets in installments?
A: Yes, for domestic purchasers installments will be offered for selected credit cards (YKB, Garanti, Is Bank and Axess). An additional interest charge will be applied.

Q: When will I receive my tickets?

A: The tickets purchased prior to June 15, 2010 will be delivered with courier approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the first game of the tournament. Tickets purchased after June 15, 2010 will be dispatched within 5 business days of the purchase date.

Q: Can somebody else take delivery of the tickets for me?

A: Domestic delivery: the courier will release the tickets only to the original purchaser upon presentation of a valid ID Card. International delivery: the courier will require a signature from the receiving party.

Q: Will there be tickets for wheelchair users?
A: Yes, there will be limited number of tickets available for wheelchair users at the cheapest price category. A free ticket will be delivered for the personal assistant / nurse of every wheelchair user. The ticket of the personal assistant / nurse is only valid together with the wheelchair user and the ticket of the wheelchair user. In order to buy a ticket as a wheelchair user, you have to deliver Biletix the proof of your disability. Please call +90 216 556 98 00 for more information on this.

Q: What will the non-Turkish basketball fans, who reside in Turkey, enter to the T.C. Identity Card No. section?
A: Residents of Turkey that do not have a T.C Identity Card should call the call center at +90 216 556 9800 to arrange their purchase. Purchasers outside Turkey are not required to enter a TC Identity Card No as part of their purchase process.
