FIBA to livestream 864 games from across Europe this summer

MUNICH (Germany) - Fans of competitive youth basketball can finally rejoice as, following two years of substantial interruptions due to the pandemic, an action-packed summer of European hoops will once again receive comprehensive coverage on the official FIBA YouTube channel.

All 821 games from the Division A, Division B and - for the first time ever - Division C youth European championships in 2022 will be streamed live and for free from across the continent.

In addition to the unprecedented coverage of youth basketball, YouTube.com/FIBA will also broadcast live all 20 games of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Pre-Qualifiers, the 13 games of the FIBA European Championship for Small Countries and the 10 games of the FIBA Women's European Championship for Small Countries.

The latter two tournaments, which tip-off in Ta' Qali, Malta and Nicosia, Cyprus respectively, will lift the curtain on this summer's coverage with the Pre-Qualifiers getting underway on June 30.

Then, beginning in Sopron, Hungary with the FIBA U20 Women's European Championship 2022 on July 8, FIBA will provide streaming from 16 youth continental championships throughout the summer.

Whether you are at the games or are watching from home, become a part of the global conversation this summer across all social media platforms, using the age-respective hashtags:

• #FIBAU16Europe
• #FIBAU18Europe
• #FIBAU20Europe

The extensive coverage of the European youth championships underlines FIBA's commitment to youth and grassroots basketball and its mission to develop and promote the sport by increasing the number of engaged fans and bringing people and communities together.
