ISTANBUL (FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017) – The official logo of FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 was unveiled during the EuroLeague Women Final Four in Istanbul on Friday evening.
ISTANBUL (FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017) – The official logo of FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 was unveiled during the EuroLeague Women Final Four in Istanbul on Friday evening.
The logo was revealed during half-time of the first EuroLeague Women Semi-Final between ZVVZ USK Prague and UMMC Ekaterinburg in the Ulker Sports Arena.
It was appropriate timing for the unveiling, with the event to be hosted in Prague and Hradec Kralove in the Czech Republic from 16-25 June next year.
Hosts Czech Republic will be joined by EuroBasket Women 2013 champions Spain, who are the only team thus far to have secured their place following the completion of the second FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 Qualifiers window.
The third and final window, which will determine who will take the remaining 14 spots will be played on 19 and 23 November 2016.
