FSB is the largest and most prestigious sports facilities fair in the world. This year, a total of 28,000 people from 128 countries visited the fair. The FIBA Equipment & Venue Centre hosted a 'FIBA Village' centered around a basketball court and the FIBA booth.

19 of the FIBA Equipment & Venue Centre's approved equipment manufacturers held stands within the 1,000-square meter FIBA Village and many more had stands elsewhere in the trade fair. A total of 40 approved manufacturers were present within fair, showcasing some of their approved equipment.

The FIBA booth provided a place for FIBA approved manufacturers to exchange ideas and to meet with existing and potential clients. Visitors were also able to watch some of the best actions of our international competition on a big led screen.

A DJ and moderator entertained the crowd around the basketball courts while professional freestylers showed off their amazing skills and interacted with visitors. Students and a local club (Rheinstars) tred the courts and a wheelchair basketball team (Köln 99ers) demonstrated the sport and allowed the public to try the discipline.
