EuroCup Women 2019-20 Qualifiers and Regular Season groups drawn

MUNICH (EuroCup Women) - The EuroCup Women clubs found out their opponents for the 2019-20 campaign on Tuesday at the Draw Ceremony in Munich, Germany.

After FIBA Executive Director Europe Kamil Novak got the proceedings underway, former Greece international Zoi Dimitrakou did the honors of drawing the teams for both the Qualifiers and the Regular Season. You can re-watch the ceremony on FIBA's YouTube channel.

The 40 Regular Season teams have been split into two conferences, consisting of five groups with four teams each, respectively.

One team will qualify for the Regular Season via EuroCup Women Qualifiers, while three further spots will be filled by the losing teams from the EuroLeague Women Qualifiers.

The EuroCup Women Qualifiers pairing is as follows:

EuroCup Women Qualifiers: Kayseri Basketbol (TUR) v Spartak MO Noginsk (RUS)

Kayseri Basketbol will play the return leg at home. The winner will progress to the Regular Season of the EuroCup Women.

The losing teams from the EuroLeague Women Qualifiers will complete the EuroCup Women Regular Season field:

The EuroCup Women Qualifiers will be played in a home-and-away format, with the first-leg games scheduled for September 26 and the return legs for October 3. The Regular Season is set to tip off on October 17.
