GOLD COAST (Australia) - FIBA Oceania will offer new learning opportunities for its Federation members with 3x3 webinar presentations focused on coaching and team preparation.

The regional office organized a two-part webinar series slated on August 20 and September 3 that will discuss preparation and tactics for 3x3.

"FIBA Oceania is keen to provide more online training opportunities to help develop our member Federations given the pandemic situation," shared FIBA Development Manager, Annie La Fleur regarding the webinar series.

The first part of the webinar session will feature Rod Tremlett who will discuss the preparation of teams with pre-game and post-game strategy. Tremlett is the High Performance & Development Manager of Basketball Northern Territory.

Dave Biwer will be the lead presenter in the second session on September 3  and will focus on tactics and gameplan. Biwer was part of the coaching staff of the two Gold Medal-winning Australian FIBA Asia Cup teams.

"The series of 3x3 webinars will provide valuable information on how to coach a 3x3 team and prepare them for international competitions," La Fleur shared.
