BUENOS AIRES (DIRECTV Liga de las Americas 2019) – Guaros de Lara earned the right to play for its third DIRECTV Liga de las Americas title following a 81-66 win over Capitanes of Ciudad de Mexico.

- Turning Point – The team from Venezuela began the last ten minutes of the game with a 12-4 run to capture its largest win of the game. Capitanes couldn’t match Guaros’ output. Guaros celebrated the win following a 28-12 quarter.

- Stats don’t lie – Guaros dominated the battle for the boards 45-33. Capitanes missed 16 rebounds, 14 of those coming during the beginning of the fourth quarter.

- Game Hero – Nestor Colmenares was the top performer for Guaros with a 18-point and 9-rebound performance.

- The Bottom Line – Guaros will play once again for the title of the DIRECTV Liga de las Americas, where they will try to capture their third continental title against the winner of the match-up between San Lorenzo and Paulistano.
