Semi-Finals First Leg Top Performers: Artis, Crockett, Patton, Van Beck, Sanders

MUNICH (Germany) - Dominic Artis was the leader in efficiency during the first legs of Semi-Finals action in FIBA Europe Cup this week after achieving a mark of 25.

The Cholet Basket guard fought hard as his team fell to BC Kalev/Cramo by a score of 80-73. Artis delivered 26 points including 6 made three-pointers along with six rebounds to help keep the French club in the tie as they return home for the second leg.

Artis is joined by teammate Justin Patton in the lineup after the big man finished with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks in a typically defensive effort under the rim for Cholet.

Jaye Crockett of Karhu Basket also flirted with a double-double; contributing 14 points and 8 rebounds as well as 3 assists. Unfortunately, his club fell 90-71 against Anwil Wloclawek as they have a big hill to climb to try to advance to the Finals.

Wesley Van Beck was Kalev/Cramo's leading scorer in their aforementioned victory over Cholet Basket after scoring 19 points on 60 percent shooting, as well as snagging 4 rebounds.

Anwil's Victor Sanders rounds out the lineup with an efficient 19 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists in his team's 19-point victory over Karhu on home soil.
