FIBA Europe Cup Second Round groups confirmed

MUNICH (Germany) - The FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season came to a close on Wednesday night with the 32-team field narrowed down to just 16 clubs for the Second Round.

The first and second-placed teams from each of the eight Regular Season groups progressed to the next stage of the competition, set to begin on December 11.

The Second Round, featuring clubs from 13 different countries, will be played in a round-robin system, with four groups of four teams each.  

The groups are as follows:

The top two teams from each of the four groups will qualify for the Quarter-Finals, to be played in a home-and-away format. All subsequent Play-Off rounds will also follow the same format.
