Three more tickets to the Quarter-Finals up for grabs on final group day

ORADEA (2016 FIBA U16 Women's European Championship Division B) - Four unbeaten teams are through to the final eight, with Israel joining them on a single loss. Battle for three more places is on. 

In Group A, the Netherlands and Israel have booked their tickets to the Quarter-Finals. Meindert Van Veen's players secured their fourth win in a row, this time against Slovenia 89-48. Ferial Vissers led the Netherlands with 23 points, hitting five triples, grabbing 7 rebounds and dishing out 4 assists. Mia Hordijk finished with 20 points on 4-of-5 shooting from long range, while also stealing the ball 6 times.

Israel outscored Estonia 82-57 on Ayala Roth's 20 points and 9 assists. Israel are at 3-1 in Group A, but have the tie-breaker against both Slovenia and Estonia, who are tied for third at 2-2 and play each other on the final group day. Israel still have to face Cyprus, who fell to a 51-42 defeat against Austria.

In Group B, Luxembourg are safe and sound at 4-0 following their 61-40 win over Iceland. Anne Simon played an amazing game with 30 points, 9 rebounds and 8 steals to clinch a place in the Quarter-Finals. Luxembourg could still finish second in the group, if they suffer a defeat against Greece, who have their own worries.  

Greece lost the game against Denmark 53-45, falling to 3-1 in the standings. Denmark are at 2-2, still with a shot of reaching the Quarter-Finals, while Ukraine climbed to 2-2 with an 88-41 win over Albania.

In Group C, Finland won the battle of the previously unbeaten teams, handing England a 63-51 loss. Sara Bejedi collected 12 points and 8 rebounds, as Finland clinched first place in the group ahead of the last group day and their game against Scotland.

Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated Ireland 56-50, bringing both teams to 2-2. The number 21 was crucial for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Gabriela Viskovic scored 21 points, Sara Heljic dominated the painted area with 21 rebounds. Bulgaria got their first win, a 48-45 triumph against Scotland.

In Group D, Poland survived a last-second three-point shot attempt to hang on to a 51-48 win over Belgium. Anna Makurat finished with 18 points and 8 rebounds for the 4-0 Poland, while Belgium have fallen to a 1-2 record. Romania are in second place of the group as the only 2-1 team. The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia defeated Norway 53-37 to grab their first win of the Championship.
