Fenerbahce sign a former Galatasaray favorite

ISTANBUL (EuroLeague Women) - Fenerbahce have strengthened their rotation under the basket by adding ex-Galatasaray star Lynetta Kizer.

The powerhouse, who is a naturalized player with the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, will suit up for Fenerbahce for the remainder of the season alongside the likes of Kia Vaughn, Tilbe Senyurek, Anastasiya Verameyenka and Esra Ural.

Kizer made a big impact when she was playing for fierce city rivals Galatasaray, averaging 14 points and 7 rebounds during the 2015-16 season.

She then went on to post some big numbers with Olympiacos last season and most recently, has stepped out in China for Shandong, in addition to playing in the WNBA for the likes of the Indiana Fever and the Connecticut Sun.

Kizer joins fellow new arrival Giorgia Sottana who signed last week.
