MULHOUSE (FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017) - France have confirmed the players who will be looking to land Les Bleues a third consecutive Final spot when they take to the floor at FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017.

Having completed their preparation program with an eye-catching victory against Spain in Mulhouse, Valerie Garnier has now selected those looking to continue an impressive medal run at the Final Round.

France roster for FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017

Celine Dumerc Olivia Epoupa Marine Joahnnes Sarah Michel
Hhadydia Minte Endy Miyem Gaelle Skrela Diandra Tchatchouang

Looking to secure a fifth podium finish in a row, France made their last two cuts to their candidate list and there was something of a surprise as two-time LFB Player of the Year and Olympian, Amel Bouderra was left out; along with young center Aby Gaye.

Celine Dumerc will lead the side as usual, ahead of her retirement from national team duties. There will also be a particular emphasis on the experienced Endy Miyem and EuroLeague Women champion, Helena Ciak in the frontcourt.

The dynamic Marine Johannes is also expected to shine on her debut at the event and she will be joined by fellow debutantes Hhadydia Minte and teenage rising star, Alexia Chartereau.

France will tip-off their campaign on Friday against Slovenia and will also play against Greece and Serbia in Group D.
