MIES (Switzerland) - All 76 games at the upcoming FIBA EuroBasket 2022 are to be shown live in Cyprus on the Cablenet sports channels.

The toughest continental championship will take place shortly in Germany, Czech Republic, Italy and Georgia from September 1 to September 18.

With Cyprus set to serve as one of the hosts of EuroBasket 2025, the Cablenet coverage will whet the appetite of hoops fans in the country for more national team basketball. 

In addition to the EuroBasket games, Cablenet will have pre and post-game coverage. It will also air tributes and special programs related to the EuroBasket, which is shaping up to be a glittering and competitive hoops spectacle. 

Cyprus vs Austria in the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Pre-Qualifiers 

Latvia, Cyprus and Finland were awarded hosts of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 earlier this year of the 42nd edition of Europe's showcase event. Latvia will host the Final Phase of the competition as well as one of the groups in the Group Phase. Cyprus and Finland will each play host to one group in the Group Phase. 

For the men's national team of Cyprus, they continue into the Second Round of the Pre-Qualifiers. They were drawn in Group F together with Bulgaria, Portugal and Romania. The Cypriot team will play their first game of the Second Round on the road, as they travel to Bulgaria on August 25 for their Group F opener.
