Another player that helped the team to a runners-up finish in 2013, Donatas Motiejunas, is among the 14 in the squad that will be coached by Darius Maskoliunas.

With the Czechs assured of a place in the EuroBasket as one of the Group Phase hosts, two spots for the 24-team event will still be available in Group C for Lithuania, Belgium and Denmark.

Italy, Georgia and Germany will also be host nations for the Final Round.
