The teams are then divided into 8 pots of 4 teams based on their NIKE FIBA World ranking. These 32 teams will then be distributed into 8 groups of 4 teams each! To balance the quality of the Groups Pots 1, 4, 5 & 8 will feed Groups A, C, E & G. While Pots 2, 3, 6 & 7 feed Groups B, D, F & H.
