ABIDJAN/MONASTIR (Cote d'Ivoire/Tunisia) - The first thing that comes to mind when looking thoroughly at the preliminary squads for the upcoming Window 4 of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 African Qualifiers is that most of the twelve countries are ready to do everything they can to fight for the five tickets on offer for African teams.

As the competition enters a defining moment in the hunt for a place in the Indonesia-Japan-Philippines showdown next year, A-listers have been pre-selected, new coaches have been appointed, adjustments have been made to teams' preparations, making the next 18 games to be played from Friday, August 26 through to Sunday August 28, an unmissable event.
