China 2019 City Pass Single Round tickets now available

MIES (Switzerland)/BEIJING (China) - Fans now have the opportunity to purchase "reduced" City Pass Single Round tickets.

This type of ticket grants its holder access to the action in a particular city for EITHER the 1st Round (6 games) OR, depending on the city, 2nd Round (4 games) OR Classification Round 17-32 (4 games).

Prices are adjusted depending on whether:
  • host country China or reigning world champions USA play in the city in the 1st Round;
  • the city hosts 2nd Round or Classification Round 17-32 action.

A City Pass is the easiest way to take in all the action in one specific city.

In early May, a limited number of City Pass Final Phase tickets will go on sale. Holders of these passes will get to see the best of the best play in Dongguan, Shanghai and Beijing.

For Dongguan and Shanghai, the pass secures access to the 2 Quarter-Finals and the Classification 5-8 game scheduled from September 10-12. For Beijing, the pass is for a full weekend of action, with all six games played on September 13-15, including the two Semi-Finals and the World Cup Final.

Tickets for the World Cup went on sale with the launch of the Team Pass on February 28, just days after the Qualifiers concluded to determine the field of 32 participating teams for basketball's biggest competition. These tickets sold extremely well and are no longer on offer.

The City Pass is the second type of ticket to be made available.

Fans can look forward to the last two ticket types - Day Pass and Game Tickets - being made available in June.
