Huertas, Felicio return to Brazil squad for third window

RIO DE JANEIRO (FIBA Basketball World Cup) - Marcelinho Huertas and Cristiano Felicio are poised to make their first appearances in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 Americas Qualifiers after being named in 15-man Brazil squad for upcoming games at Venezuela and Colombia.

Coach Aleksandar Petrovic will be eager to have Huertas, one of the country's all-time great point guards, in the lineup. Huertas last played for Brazil at the Rio de Janeiro Games and had 10 points and 9 rebounds in a Preliminary Round game against a Croatia side that was coached by Petrovic.

Huertas is currently playing in the Spanish Liga Endesa Finals with Baskonia. Felicio, a power forward on the books of the Chicago Bulls, also last featured for the national team at the 2016 Olympics.
