PR N°24 - 'Follow Your Team' passes for Final Round of Spain 2014 on sale

MIES, Switzerland (2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup) - 'Follow Your Team' passes for the Final Round of the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup went on sale on Wednesday 16 October 2013.

By allowing fans to easily secure a seat for all games of their favourite team, the 'Follow Your Team' passes represent the ideal ticket option for fans who plan to travel to Spain next summer (30 August-14 September 2014).

The 'Follow Your Team - Final Round Pass' is the third and final of its type. It gives fans the opportunity to already secure tickets for the Final Round games of their team of choice.

Over the summer, two other Follow Your Team passes went on sale with a starting price of €27 per game:
• The 'Follow Your Team - Preliminary Round Pass' grants access to the five Preliminary Round games of a chosen team.
• The 'Follow Your Team - All Rounds Pass' takes the Preliminary Round Pass one step further, by securing a seat to all the games of a chosen team throughout the entire 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup, from the Preliminary Round all the way to the Final Round.

Purchasing a Follow Your Team Pass is very easy: fans simply choose their team, the phases they plan to attend and the ticket category. With an advance fee of 5 EUR per game, they can then relax and look forward to the draw in early 2014.

However, all three Follow Your Team passes are only available until the draw takes place on 3 February, and in limited numbers for each country - the remaining allocation is already under 30% for a number of them.

After the draw, three remaining ticket categories will go on sale according to the following timeline:
• Venue Pass: On sale from 4 February 2014
• Day Pass: On sale from 5 May 2014
• Session tickets: On sale from 1 July 2014
