SEOUL (Korea) - The Korea Basketball Association (KBA) have officially announced a 12-player roster for their upcoming games in the first window of the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers.

Song KyoChang Moon SeongGon Yang HongSeok Jeon JunBeom
Kim JongKyu Lee SeoungHyun Kang SangJae Ra Guna

Korea is the all-time leader in Asia Cup podium finishes with 25 in total. They are not holding back in loading up their roster as their campaign starts towards another appearance at Asia Cup 2021. Though the players named are relatively young, they are not lacking in quality.

Top-form promising youngsters Heo Hoon, Song Kyo-Chang, and Yang Hong-Seok are all listed to the squad, following their high-quality performances with their respective teams in the Korean Basketball League (KBL) this season. For countries that are deep in talent like Korea, the Asia Cup Qualifiers offer great opportunities to expand that pool and develop even more skilled players to shine for the national team.

Korea’s paint will be locked down by World Cup stand-out Ra Guna along with the Asia Cup veteran Kim Jong-Kyu.
