NONTHABURI (FIBA Asia Champions Cup 2018) - The FIBA Asia Champions Cup 2018 SEABA qualifier will tip off next month in Nonthaburi, Thailand.

The competition will be from 8-10 May and will qualify 2 club teams from the SEABA sub-zone for the "Road to Final 8 (East Asia)" round of the FIBA Asia Champions Cup 2018.

The two successful SEABA club teams will join club teams from Chinese Taipei and India in the next round, which will qualify one team to the Final 8, joining the group composed of Australia, Japan and Philippines.

The following four teams have confirmed their participation in the SEABA Champions Cup 2018: Pelita Jaya from the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL), Mono Vampire from the Thailand Basketball League (TBL), Red Baron from the StatSports League (SSL) of Malaysia and Xin Hua Sports Club from Division 1 of the National Basketball League (NBL) of Singapore.
