BENGALURU (FIBA U16 Women's Asia Championship 2017) - Thailand finally had something to smile about after they blew out Hong Kong, 93-64, for their first win of the tournament.

Hong Kong had a strong start, but they could not sustain it as the Thais shifted their play into high gear after the first quarter. Nantanach Chumjinda dropped 24 points to lead Thailand, while Yada Sirharaksa dominated with 17 points and 15 rebounds.
