CORDOBA (FIBA AmeriCup 2017) – The FIBA AmeriCup 2017 has its perfect team. A well-deserved recognition for the best of the tournament that finished with the United States proclaimed as champion.

The Champion Center, Jameel Warney, was awarded the tournament’s MVP title, and was also the Final Game’s key player with 21 points and 7 rebounds. His presence on the paint was key throughout the five games played by the team in Montevideo and Cordoba. He didn’t stand out just for his defensive contribution, but because in the most difficult moments he was the perfect solution.

The All-Star Five was completed with Argentine Point Guard Facundo Campazzo, Mexican Shooting Guard Francisco "Paco" Cruz, and Argentine Small Forward Nicolás Brussino; as well as Darrum Hilliard, another one of the United States champions.
