Who will move on to Semi-Finals of FIBA Africa Women's Champions Cup 2018?

MAPUTO (FIBA Africa Champions Cup Women 2018) - The battle for the winners' crown at the annual FIBA Africa Women's Champions Cup (ACCW) has intensified and eight clubs are set to do battle on Friday to reach the Semi-Finals.

With Equity Bank Basketball from Kenya and Zimbabwe's Lakers both out of the race, the ACCW 2018 Quarter-Finals consist of eight teams from seven different countries.

MB2ALL(Madagascar) vs INTERCLUBE(Angola)

In the first game of the day, at 09:15 am (local time) hugely favored InterClube de Luanda from Angola will take on Malagasy MB2All, in what might be a one-sided contest.

After all the Angolans, winners of five ACCW reached the last eight after beating all their four Group A opponents, including hosts and title contenders Ferrovario de Maputo while MB2All made it to the Quarter-Finals on the back of a 1-3 mark.

VITA CLUB (RD Congo) vs CNSS (DR Congo)

By the end of the day, only one Democratic Republic of Congo's club will survive as Vita Club will go up against local rivals CNSS.

While CNSS won three of their four Group B games, Vita Club experienced a tougher Group Phase campaign claiming a 1-3 in Group A, a scenario suggesting that CNSS might prevail.

FAP (Cameroon) vs FIRST BANK (Nigeria)

Meanwhile, at  01:45 pm Nigerian champions First Bank (4-0) will be put to the test facing Cameroon's champions FAP.

Loaded with half of the team that helped Nigeria reach the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018 Quarter-Finals last September, the "Elephant Girls" emerge as favorites.

First Bank Basketball are playing convincing basketball, and they might come up victorious although they will need to deal with the Cameroonians who chase their first Semi-Finals ticket in the history of the competition.

KPA(Kenya) vs FERROVIARIO DE MAPUTO (Mozambique)

In the last game of the day, hosts Ferroviario de Maputo will square off against Kenya Ports Authority.

So, who will move on the Semi-Finals of the FIBA Africa Champions Cup Women 2018?
