KYIV (Ukraine) - Two men's teams and 2 women's teams will qualify for the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup at the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup Qualifier Ukraine 2019 in Kyiv on June 29-30.

A total of 11 men's teams and 9 women's teams will hit the 3x3 court this weekend in the Ukrainian capital to compete for the 4 tickets available for the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup 2019 that will take place in Debrecen, Hungary, on August 30 - September 1. 

In the men's category, the 11 teams competing will be split into 3 pools with the winners of the pools advancing to a second round. The best two teams from this stage will qualify for the Europe Cup. 

Ukraine, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Bosnia & Herzegovina are among the favorites to book their tickets to Hungary. 

On the women's side, the 9 teams competing are divided into 3 pools, with the winners of each pool making it to a second round. The best two teams from this second round will qualify to the Europe Cup. 

Ukraine, Belarus and  Czech Republic are the favorites to stamp their tickets to Hungary in the women's category.

Teams will not continue playing games after they have qualified or have been eliminated from contention.
